Oniyuri

I'm a longtime fan of The Legend of Zelda series and started up this website in May of 2008. It isn't much yet but one day I hope it'll be something great, just like Zelda deserves! I balance school, GaiaOnline, a few friends and being an absolute Zelda geek. I am vice captain of a Legend Zelda guild "The Undying Guild of Zelda" on Gaia. The guild is owned and captained by my good friend and fellow Zelda fan Captain Baconpatrol. Besides gaming, my interests include cosplay (Zelda characters, pretty much), and a few anime, including mainstream anime such as Naruto and Death Note. My current favorite is Lucky*Star. I also like fantasy books; my favorite authors are Eoin Colfer, Holly Black and Tamora Pierce. I like Harry Potter and Septimus Heap, as well as pretty much ANYTHING written by Colfer (That includes Artemis Fowl), and from Holly Black I particularly like the Modern Faerie Tale series (never read Spiderwick). I've read the majority of Tamora Pierce's books set in the Tortallan universe, but the Circle books are relatively foreign territory to me (I've got the first one from the library, in my bag as I'm typing this).

I like to draw and write, but I guess I'm pessimistic enough to find flaws in anything I do create. My Deviantart is where I post my art the majority of the time, and I used to post fanfiction to FF.net but haven't done so in a long time. I am currently deeply involved in a post-TP fanfic involving an original Link and his shadow counterpart, and maybe in a long time I'll find the courage to post it up online. Don't count on it too soon.

I live in Alaska, which is basically loaded with snow and ice in the winter and is blindingly green and usually sunny in the summer. Needless to say I like summer better. There aren't a lot of stores near where I live, so I usually end up having to buy things online, IF I have money (I'm usually broke).
